In China The population and proportion of Internet users is considerable.


From the chart below, we know that till 2011 September, there are about 0.4 billion population of Internet users. The monthly link relative ratio is steady.

As education keeps up with the times, students start learning computer when they are very young. So in the near future, online shopping will become the primary shopping method.



From the chart, we see that the China online market is a rapidly enlarging market. It is to say a big cake.

The better and better IT systems helped the logistics industry to be mature. The online goods could be delivered from depository in Shanghai to your house in Chengdu, in just 2-3 days.  




4. 
Online security technology is also maturing. In China, there are some 3rd party online transaction protector companies, like Alipay and Tenpay. Those companies are to transfer money from buyer to seller, after making sure goods are well delivered, and this service is always for free. Banks also offering new security services for protecting online transaction, like USBkey and E-Token.

Your segmentation is clear, you could be a bit more specific about the media sites that you use, and justify why the destination websites also include Amazon's competitors, or maybe Amazon collaborates with its competitors in China?
